I thought it's the opposite.
Less water = powdery. More water = crunchy.
But same thing happened with your reforms once right, when the dehydrated one crunchier than the air dried?😂
The dehydrator has always made mine more powdery than normal.
I like it more powdery tbh, I hate the crunchy ones because it’s hard to crush and it’s not satisfying at all 😫
