I worked as a pharmacy tech. When you call from a "doctor's office" you get transferred over to the pharmacist phone. All other people come to the main line where the tech can answer.... this is to make it easier when some docs need to call in a prescription and need to talk to the pharmacist. As you can imagine the techs do all the grunt work. Answering calls while also checking people out at the front and filling prescriptions. So the phone calls get ignored A LOT during peek hours. The pharmacist however usually answers faster because they are constantly at their computers checking meds and taking phone prescriptions.

Melissa you should try the Soprano ICE laser hair removal. That machine is much better. It ices you and lasers, and is able to cover more areas at once. Gives better relief cos they can cool/ice you before and after or in the middle of lasering with the same equipment.
I went to a doctor (Dermatologist) to have my laser hair removal. She put the laser on a medium and had a pain cream that she applied after along with an ice pack. She was a Black doctor and said that there is a 20-30% chance of hair will grow back but it grows back more fine than previous hairs.
I went to SEV and felt it wasn't painful at all. But the results haven't lasted long. I would like to redo with a better laser but don't like the idea of pain or a high cost 🙄
