I have a bad habit of compartmentalizing my pain. Since I was 15, I’ve cried three times; my mother had her 9th surgery due to sickle cell disease, the passing of my aunt (cried 10 years after the fact), and being homeless and not being in position to provide my son a home with me.
And it’s difficult carrying it all, but it’s natural to hold it rather than release it. I guess I just need help learning how. And you guys have helped me understand that. Thank You 🙏🏾

I enjoyed the podcast and appreciate seeing IAA back with these interviews. Honest opinion: Stak, Chef, and the doctor from RO should have each had their own dedicated conversations. I was left wanting to hear more from Stak and definitely wanted to see Chef unpack her life story even more. I understand trying to fit multiple conversations in one podcast, but I feel like a lot of gems were left out because there wasn't enough time to fit everything in. Much love for the pod, just wanted to give some feedback. Keep progressing y'all, you have something special here.

I used to watch every episode when they dropped and I seen stak was going to be on no brainer got to tune in and I end up getting an episode that just feels all over the place don’t get me wrong love the deep convos and to get to know the new Chief and just the new faces of the episode but I came for the in-site of professional athletes life ,struggles ,and stories

Very very few people will notice this but B.Marshall took Cari Champion's advice to heart. She was on an episode last season and brilliantly articulated how black men don't include our women in these media/entertainment endeavors. Major major props on Ashley Nicole Moss who's also on Forbes 30 under 30 list this year. I'm very interested to see how they continue to develop the platform/brand.

Brandon starts this season off going back to his insecurities… he struggles with being around strong men… and when he feels outnumbered he tries to gain attention.
I don’t know B personally, but I actually thought he was growing. In the episode, I feel he’s taken steps backwards.
Working on his mental health, while saying that he has a lot going on, while saying he struggles crying, while not processing what his guest is conveying to him AND stating he’s prideful is definitely a step back.
I hope he figures this out. He has a gem on his hands. Unfortunately he’d lose it with his headspace.
I’m praying for him seriously.

This show is a part of Brandon's therapy. What he needs to realize is that his show is now a part of millions of therapy plans for those who watch. Oprah was a part of millions and their therapy on a daily at 4pm pacific time monday through friday. He's doing what he loves...that is a great feeling I'm sure. He needs to give himself grace and be encouraged.

Stephen Jackson is a great first guest. B Marsh you're displaying growth understanding and accepting that you're not always the smartest in the room get rid of your messy side. Pac is a real one, he's true and authentic to the fans very transparent. Great for the show. Shady is.the comedy, he keeps it lite and brings great balance. B Marsh I liked the Nascar spin I think you should adventure more into that bag.

He’s right when he says, how do you let it out. But letting it out comes in many different forms. You don’t have to always cry or scream to let it out, not that there’s anything wrong with that. But you can also let it out do you works. Many times you can work it out without simply letting it out. It’s like when you wake up in the morning and you have a cramp in your leg. You don’t let the cramp out you can work the cramp out.
