The rules may change every year. We didn't have a calculator for IP exam. I don't exactly remember for DU, but I'll suggest you not to rely on that.

Yes BST is enough for management aptitude imo. General Test covers quants, critical reasoning, GK, etc. also apart from logical reasoning
