Hi there; looks like you covered a lot of ground in this vlog. I liked the boulders at the beginning. The Devil's Punchbowl is very impressive!

We could have spent all day at the boulders. They're so much fun!

Really loving your adventures in New Zealand...such a great destination...one of those "musts" on my "to do" list. The South Island seems a very special area for sure. Bruce and Otis

As a local (Christchuruch) I've been up there a lot over the years. The cave really only requires clothing you're happy to get wet (up to the neck depending on your height) and a headlamp. It's not overly cramp but is as expected, totally dark. It's not to be taken lightly and should be respected for what it is. The waters can rise quickly if there's rain inland and checking conditions before entering is important. Your walk to the punchbowl brought back good memories and I'm now wondering when our girls will be old enough to experience it.
It's a little more intrepid, but the walk from Authurs Pass up Avalanche Peak provides some stunning views of the pass.

Yeah we thought about maybe just going for it, but as people who have had no experience with caving, we thought it'd be a little silly to do.
We'll have to give Avalanche Peak a go if we head back that way, just had a look at the photos. It looks amazing!

*Kia ora Hannah, Tom and also Harriet, NZ sure does have some AWESOME scenery aye. It is a place of beauty and no where else can top it. I can get away with saying that, cos I am after all a kiwi in NZ. Now as for the Kea's, watch all rubbers on your vehicle... a Kea can strip it off so quick too. Ok so the first thing I now look for is what footwear you are all wearing on your walks & hikes lol. Cos they are most important. As for your climbing technique..... well what can one say.... um... not a lot really, so I shall await the climbing experts to pop in to comment on that issue. Roll on your next video.*

How do you young people afford to visit NZ from the UK? What gives? rich parents? not repaying your uni fees?
