Would absolutely love to see more infantry colour schemes. I'm planning on doing my Death Riders up in a scheme based off of Polish Hussars(I'm slightly obsessed with the Battle of Vienna), which I think is going to be interesting. I can't say I've seen anyone do a red scheme on Krieg before.
That looks great. I was really stressed about painting the horses, but I am going to copy the way you have done it. It looks perfect. Thanks for sharing!
Amazing, I was bit scared to paint those horses, but feel better now. BTW, the base seems different from your regular trench style, is this a new scheme?
It’s the same scheme aside from the duckboards, decided these horses are more active looking than the previous versions so they’d be out on the battlefield ahead of the trench areas! Glad you liked the video 😊
I was going to get these guys but then realized I wanted to do steel legion instead. But maybe a squad of death riders would be welcome as an addition to the mechanized infantry
I'm watching this while converting Ursla Creed for my Krieg - I'm so happy that one of the creators who get GW boxes is a big Krieg fan too. *Edit do you airbrush your zenithal white or spray it? I've sprayed it and had mixed results, I got an airbrush for better results once I figure it out.
I'm down to see more schemes! I haven't seen anyone do warmer color scheme. Just cool desaturated colors. I kind of want to see some scarlet or crimson Kriegsmen
Part of their lore is using cheap dye colours for uniforms because they keep churning out new recruits so that’s why they always look drab but you can ignore that bit if you want!
The models look great, but I remember having a history with the resin versions always snapping their lances along with other models having similar issues (taser lance on admech models etc). Do these seem like they might have a similar issue? I am tempted to just make them all with sabres if its possible in the box.
Is there any chance of a $2 tier for the patreon? I'd love to support in some other way than comments but I also have a limited budget for such things. Really looking forward to GW bringing out more sculpts for Krieg, as I want to see your army swell to new heights.
They are good models, but I vastly prefer the old Krieg range overall, It had a grimmer, weary looking, haggered feel that everything was filthy, heavy, they were all depressed and exhausted from the trenches with poses with idle posture and slumped shoulders or trudging forward. New ones are a bit too "heroic superhero poses" for me by comparison.
@@MediocreHobbies That'd be pretty cool. Again, I do like the new ones, it's more a personal 'vibe' I wish they'd kept when updating the overall model set. I miss those "Bren gun stubber on a rock" ones too! LOVE that model!
What are you're thoughts on the new Engineer's design I like that they're more beefier cuz they're more armored than normal Krieg but them having skull masks now seems interesting

I really like the skin colour of the horse. Much better scheme than these "creamy" clean one from GW that doesn't really fit the mood of Krieg :)

They’re not built into the horse but they also don’t block anything during painting. For me it would be more awkward building the rider separately!

They're mostly the grenadier design, except with the filter boxes on the front.
Seems they can't do the back mounted filters in plastic.
