I had a problem with this device. The engine works properly but sometimes when closing the door the engine stops and lift again when still not closed. How I can solve this?

Dear Jose,
Sounds like there is an issue with a security sensor. When closing the door, it looks like there is a photo-beam/pressure-sensor or a door-resistance detected. Then the door will open again as a safety-feature.
Can you control if there is a free movement of the door wen you disengage the motor?

@@ParkeerApparatuur_nl there is no photo beams, I think is sensor pressure control problem. The door is not as smooth it should be because is old. There is some way to cancel the security system? The a anb b marked switches is for that?

sorry, but I can’t advise to disable security functions. But you can try to fix the door by lubricate the hinges and rollers. Make sure the tension of the spring is correct and the door can be controller by 2 fingers... (and the door will be stable and ballanced in every position). If not, only the haviest motors will solve your problem (for a short period of time up to the moment the resistance will increase again).
