So this wasn't some miraculous "homerun" of a vlog with huge profits...but sometimes even the best hitters go thru a slump! And sometimes all you need to pull you outta the slump is a base hit!
You play a great game, with lots of sophisticated exploit moves -- but that makes losing ESPECIALLY tough because you have to worry that you ARE now playing bad. I think you're smart to ease back on weak call-downs, if you feel they're costing you money for that reason -- you could be leaking there, and it's a good idea to plug that even if you're wrong; if you're wrong you're probably only giving up a tiny bit of your edge, so it's worth it to see your game get back on track, because you'll still have a substantial edge to work with.

With that big bet you kind of turned your hand into a bluff against a 10 with a weak kicker which is the only better hand that might fold to an all-in
Checking raising on flop is a polarized play, the villain either had a set or a strong draw if the villain is a good player. All in on the river didn't have the highest EV.

as long as you feel you are playing well and the variance is running against you the only thing you can do is wait it out. analyze your play, pick your table, don't play tired or on tilt and you will be back to winning.

Mental game of poker is a great book and you can get it free on audible and just listen to it on the car ride to the casino. It really helps with dealing with downswing.
