And what about all the homeless who are already here, so let’s bring in more people that don’t have jobs, can’t speak English and we don’t know who they are, or their motives, so let’s put them in a desperate situation that will help this situation - Not!

Plus, why didn’t these states, who have been given billions of our tax dollars, pay theses landlords who still have to pay “their” mortgage(s) on their property, and pay someone to fix whatever problem at the residence etc., with no income coming in? Is that fair to them?
I’m still trying to figure out if we’re dealing with bizarre ideology, mental problems and/or just plain stupidity when it comes to their decision making. So much of it just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.

His back up cop shoots me between the shoulder blades. Bullet hits my heart and I die. My family and community mourn my death amd blame the cop who shot me after I stole another officer’s gun…after I got as busted selling weed…because I traded my EBT for the shoes I couldn’t afford that would give me some cred…so everyone could see I was ballin on the corner. Do people not see the viscous cycle of this? The moment we hand somebody a “free life” we sign their early death certificate. We take away their right to try for an actual life. Living off the government is the greatest trap there is. We teach people that is all they deserve. They take it because they believe it’s “better than nothing and easier than having to work”. It’s nothing more than recycled slavery. Then when they fight the authority who is enforcing the law they are beaten, arrested and put in chains again. People have the right to determine their own worth. Once you accept the government’s assessment of your value you have low balled yourself. Once you turn to criminal behavior to supplement that income you are at the mercy of the law. Once you fight the authorities you are subject to their “force”. And by force I mean their obligation to apprehend you as you are a menace to society once you break the law…but let’s defund the police so you aren’t apprehended. Let’s let you be a menace on your own block, in your own neighborhood. You can act a total fool and no one will catch you…you can just ruin the lives of the people around you by your criminal behavior and your need to have things you aren’t afforded. If people in these situations spent as much energy working to get out of them as they spent getting further in to them some problems would be solved. Plenty of people rise from poor backgrounds…white black and Hispanic. It’s sad the positive spin these two women put on people just sitting there waiting foe their rent to be paid or excused. I'm a homeless landlord, true story. I had to rent out my place when I lost my job. So glad my renters have continued to pay, or I would have had to sell my place to Chinese investors. Biden should follow law and listen to the Supreme Court, not Bill Gates' CDC. Biden needs to be impeached.

If you continue to reinvest to make it so you can grow your income over the past ten years of buying rental property usually one every two years. But here is a example of where this is wrong to the property owner. On property that was $160k bought mortgage is $1000 a month. It’s a duplex. Rent for both units is $1150 a month. Heat, hot water and electric is included in price. Now that’s $27600 a year on income. With a mortgage of $12000 a year paying the the Eletric and gas bill that is around $600 a month that’s a $7200 bill every year. Property tax that is $3200 a year. So now let’s do the math. Add everything up. In bills there is a $22400 a year in bills. On a normal year that it’s rented every month that leaves a profit of $5200 a year. Now have no one in the property pay rent for a year. It’s against the law to shut off gas and electric. So that bill doesn’t go away either. I’m in a negative $22400. But they still want to have that property on tax paid.

For all practical purposes the eviction moratorium is government confiscation without due process and fair value pay. It is eminent domain confiscation without a day in court. Part of the cause of the US/English revolutionary war was the confiscation of personal property. The right to own private property remains one of the cornerstones of our constitutional contract. How can you ask a citizen to turn their livelihood over to the government without just compensation? Why not require grocers to provide free food?
It is unconstitutional as stated by the Supreme Court.

It seems like as soon as I started fighting back about my home and the Plaintiffs, Court, and the Sheriff that was liable for putting People in my home illegally was to be prosecuted. These very annoying and prejudice People started telling the Owners no rent. I have to pay a Hotel or Someone if I want to be in their space. The Congress and the Attorney General in Oakland has not forced Anyone to tell the truth and pay me for my home. Pay back for intentional public bad deeds committed on purpose does come back one hundred percent fold.

Since they're outdoors, and not particularly close to one another, there's little to no risk of transmission. They are also fully vaccinated, which further reduces the risk. They don't enjoy wearing masks any more than the rest of us, they just choose to do so in areas where there's a high level of risk like self-respecting human beings.

Dance off to see who is more insane. Cory speaks of rubber bullets but on January 6, 2021, people got real bullets, and one lady was shot in the neck and she died. The dead lady can never get a chance to "sleep on the steps" of the Capitol Building. When I worked for the Federal Government I earned around 33,000 a year and I wouldn't be allowed to sleep on the steps of any Federal building. People renting out their properties need to eat and pay bills also. Able-bodied need to work but they aren't. Cory pays a private protection agency more money than she earns a year? How? Can you spell lobbying? This is getting more insane by the minute.
