The mount is actually insane if you pick one or two traits it's significantly better than average pets and you don't even need to ride it. And if you take one level in any other pet class before you get paladin to 5 you can have it be any pet you want as opposed to a horse
Yea if u get mythic beasts and animal growth, they'll be easily rocking physical attributes scores in the 40s and 50s. Get 8 levels in Gendarme Order of the Sword and your strength on the charge will be insane while also removing penalty to mobility ride checks from heavy armor. On higher difficulties tanking with Seelah is basically unviable and it's just better to just get more HP with a mount.
Reminds me of my build for Valerie in Kingmaker. Note that a single level of Monk can give you Crane Style and another feat at level 2 (+Evasion). Level 1 Monk (or archetype) saves you one feat (i.e. you took Unarmed attack feat in your build), but you lose a level of something else. I do not feel that two feats to improve fighting defensively is a good deal: might as well add two AC bonus feats, like Dodge, etc.
That's a good tip. I think its worth paying the extra feat to not slow down the paladin and fighter level progression though. But yea monk dips are very good :)
I find it so hard investing in things like weapon focus. There are so many weapons in the game and having my characters be focused to use a particular weapon really bugs me. Maybe if everyone has a different focus it's not so bad 🤔
I agree. I wish it was more similar to weapon specialization from the fighter class. If you could "focus" into a group of weapons instead of just one, it would give alot of value and use to alot of weapons that would never be looked twice at. I mean who is going to specialize into heavy mace without knowing that there are good heavy mace's to find. WTF is the difference between heavy and light mace? Which should you choose to focus in? I bet alot of people are going to pick longsword just because its a trope to have a good longsword in the game, so its a safe pick. It's a shame though because there are alot of awesome weapons in the game.
great video i really like your builds from kingmaker. if u ever have time would u conside making a legendery build using hellknight as one of the 2 classes?i really want to play a half elf hellnight even though most people say hellknights suck hehe...the other class can be anything u think will make the build more optimal for core hard run...
Yes ! Great build, thank you ! :D Could you tell me your thoughts about something ? I'm playing a Skald as MC. Melee buffer/controller. And I was going on the Cornugon Smash/Shatter Defenses road since she (my Skald) has high charisma and strength too. Who between Seelah or my MC would be the best for that role ? And what feats could the other character take instead ? Thank you again for your amazings videos ! :)
I don't see why both of them couldn't go down the same path. Shattered defense is good on anyone and the more people making intimidate checks the more likely it is too proc. You could take dreadful carnage on your MC since Seelah does not grab it. That would be very useful for the both of you. You also get dirge of doom which would cause you and Seelah to tear through everything with shattered defense. That synergy sounds too good to pass up to me. :)

Thank you professor 👍
Happy to help!
I think i'll take that one, please you should do more build for other compagnion.🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks.
Why do you have Helm of Comradary on instead of a helm of charisma if you’re trying to stack charisma?
Who do you like as a tank more her or Val from the first one?

Best is trickster path you can unlock all feats and don't need sacrifice level points
