Before buy One I Need to know if the size of the letters is regulable, and Is there the" free motion" foot in the box or Is possibile to work "free sew" by my hands on this Model Chicago 7? Thanks a lot🤗
Hi La Divina Sophia, the foot for freehand embroidery is a standard accessory for the Chicago 7. The maximum stitch width when sewing is 7 mm and of course this can be changed within this width. For embroidery the size is scalable between 80-120%.
Are there other embroidery software compatible with this machine, I can't find the software anywhere. I have embrilliance for my brother machine but can't use it with my Chicago7, I am at my wits end and need advice, also, not able to get a thousand dollar software from Bernina.
Hi Kizzie-Renae, the bernette Chicago reads exp files. So it should also works with the Embrillance embroidery software. If not, please visit your dealer, see bernette.com/dealersearch
Hi Matthew, it is described in the manual (page 14). You can find the manual online on the following link: www.mybernette.com/en-IN/Sew-Go/Bernette-sew-go-1.html

Hi Virginia, with the bernette Chicago 7 you can sew all kind of fabrics. It is important, that you choose the correct needle and thread and adjust the presser foot pressure if necessary for the selected fabric.
Bro my I asked my mom how to reload the bottom thread and she just said “I’ll do it tomorrow” and refused to tell me how, I’m a hasty worker and my mom is exactly the opposite so this definitely helped
It doesn’t make button holes, a sign of autolock appears on display when I start doing button holes, it not a good video but I put it here to more or less ruclips.net/video/F2b-rf6S9r0/видео.html, later I try to make better video, thank you for your kind attention

Why show the wrong way to start bobbin? putting thread thru bobbin holes is a beginners mistake-which messes up tension. That's how you wind up with tons of thread around the bobbin.
Dear Terry, the bobbin winding procedure is shown correctly in the video above. You are free to proceed differently if this helps you achieve better results. The video however shows the recommended procedure.
Everything she shows is: - lower the presser foot - press the needle-threading lever downwards slightly and guide the thread around the thread guide - to thread the needle, lift the needle-threading lever, keep the thread loose when doing so - the wire hook moves backwards and pulls the thread through the needle eye into a loop - pull the thread all the way through the needle eye On the bernette website you will find the manual for the chicago 7, may this will help you: www.bernette.com/en/models/bernette-chicago-7

Your hand is right in the way wen threading the needle. It's tricky and u give no instruction.
