Are you spryaing it in the part which gets the air from the air filter? So If I remove the air filer hosuing from my bmw120i with N46 engine the air coming out of the air filter and going into the part is where i need to spray this? I have a BMW120i and it has engine light with CAT efficiency code. appreciate for help
@@wonderwalls3565 upstream of the air filter and MAP or MAF sensor ( it shouldnt come in contact with any sensor) the closer to the throttle the better
@@AntonOliinyk for sure it will throw a code that you can clear later once you’re done cleaning. In order for the car to run without MAF sensor connected you have to depress both gas and brake pedal simultaneously while starting the engine
@@JonnatanPerez-s3l company says you need to use both at the same time. But if my car was hard to work on. I would use both at the start. & afterwards I will keep using the fuel added one on constant short mileage intervals to maintain the cat clean.
Unplug the air flow sensor harness first then start the car. If you unplug the MAP sensor while the engine is running, the engine will shut off. If the engine does not shut off when you unplug MAP sensor while the engine is running, possibly the sensor is faulty or the harness is not good.
I did a double dose yesterday..... and there seems to be a very noticable effect!

Does this work well with GDI engines? Is reprogramming the throttle required afterwards?
@@thisised9178 should work will all cars. Throttle reprogramming requirement depends on the car itself. Some cars need it some don’t

@@fahadalsowaidi7965But how the motor runs with MAF sensor measuring nothing? I belive the ECU will throw too rich or too lean air/fuel mixture.

Did same and my exhaust manifold and cat overheated until red glowing hot. Is that normal?
Perhaps it is too clogged , that never happened to me and i’ve tried on multiple cars
If it is red hot glowing it is clogged you should immediately take it to a repair shop to remove it, it is better without it than with a clogged one.

You don't pour the cat cleaner in the fuel tank.
Your spray it into the air intake like shown in the video.
