Thank you for the video. I can use VISIO and Microsoft Project with no problems so far. When I use Word, Access, Excel, etc., I still get the message "Product Activation Failed" and I can't input anything in Excel, which I need the most. I've have also re-entered the Product Key which I copied from the KMS section of the Configuration before I completed and export the Configuration file. Please help. If you have an email address, I can talk about this more. Thank you.

I only want Visio as an additional application with my current Office 365 (paid subscription). I don't want to uninstall Office 365. Is there an option for that?

hi there, please run the command prompt as administrator. If you just open the command prompt then it will not accept those commands.

Cmd dialogue box is labeled Administrator: Command Prompt. Retried, selected run as Administrator; same error. Very odd.

hi there, you can try powershell, right click on start, choose Terminal (Admin) then run those commands again.

@@IgoroTech-Official Had to use search to find, didn’t offer on rt-click. But, Powershell red msg ‘setup can only be used inside a Describe block’. Over my pay grade.

Also checked that administrator was enabled (apparently its disabled now by default in 10,11). Didn’t make any difference. No biggee; now it’s curiosity.
