    Ingredients:
    - Basmati Rice - 1 kg
    - Sugar - 750 grams (adjust to taste)
    - Milk - 1 liter
    - Ghee - 250 grams
    - Water - 1.5 liters
    - Mixed Dry Fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews) - 200 grams
    - Coconut Slices - 100 grams
    - Khoya/Mawa - 200 grams
    - Green Cardamoms - 8-10
    - Cloves - 4-5
    - Cinnamon Sticks - 2-3
    - Food Coloring (red, yellow, green) - a few drops of each
    - Rose Water/Kewra Water - 2 tablespoons
    - Silver Leaf (Chandi ka Warq) - for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. *Preparation:*
    - Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
    - Soak the mixed dry fruits in warm water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
    - Dissolve the food coloring in separate small bowls with a little water.
    2. *Cooking the Rice:*
    - Boil 1.5 liters of water in a large pot. Add soaked rice, green cardamoms, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
    - Cook the rice until it is 80% done. Drain and set aside.
    3. *Preparing the Sugar Syrup:*
    - In another pot, add sugar and milk. Heat on medium flame, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
    - Add rose water/kewra water and mix well.
    4. *Cooking Mutanjan:*
    - In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat ghee.
    - Add the mixed dry fruits and coconut slices. Sauté until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
    - In the same pot, add the boiled rice.
    - Pour the milk and sugar mixture over the rice.
    - Add the sautéed dry fruits and coconut slices.
    - Add khoya/mawa and mix gently.
    - Drizzle the food coloring over the rice, creating colorful streaks.
    - Cover the pot and cook on low heat (dum) for 20-25 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
    5. *Finishing Touch:*
    - Once done, fluff the rice gently with a fork.
    - Garnish with silver leaf (Chandi ka Warq) for an extra festive touch.
