I told myself I was going to throw this tablet out of the window if I didn't see EXACTLY that comment! BRAVO 👍🏆 The history has all been cut away. Speaking as an armour restorer, I would have told my client this could never be used as a sofa again and conserved what had survived as a decorative object! I would honestly value all that was cut away over what has been reproduced, as what remains was not screen-seen! Dr Who did not sit on that, he actually sat on the 'rubbish' on the workshop floor. CERTAINLY not a judgement on the upholsterer as he is an absolute wizard, but in my opinion a huge question mark as to the decision that was made here!
@@nigelcarren He said it himself. its an exact replica of how it would of been... in the 70's... so little was saved its barely worth keeping them at all. as you say the real value was in the parts thrown away.... we would of personally liked to have seen the bits chopped up into little sections and sold as genuine screen used parts. over a replica that uses the frame... after all... anyone can make a replica and add a bit of an original piece in- that doesn't make it screen used. great craftsmen ship from the guy, but I would estimate under £1000 each for them since they are New and not original
We’re all passionate about something, you might not be into Doctor Who but that doesn’t take away from the impact it has on others; there’s something out there for everyone.

These were also I’m multiple episodes of Blake’s 7
The Doctor Who ‘expert’ didn’t mention that this sofa was also in Logan’s Run. These self appointed experts are pathetic.
3 channels? We only had 1 😁
