You couldn’t see the cake colour , that’s true, but you can clearly hear them say the genders so to us who understand English, that’s fine! …. For other non English speaking nationalities …🤷♀️

I guess I am too old. How did they “reveal”? Two cakes, 2 babies? 👨🏻🦰 👼🏻 👩🏻🦱 The table was decorated in pink so I thought it was going to be a girl. The second cake was chocolate...LOL a little brown baby? 💖 (I wish people using their cell phone would learn to turn it horizontal!)
The white cake had blue inside (boy) and the chocolate cake had pink inside (girl).

I'm not at all jealous. I was merely politely pointing out that it is a ridiculous idea to have a "gender reveal party" with such expense and extravagance. Here in the normal civilised part of the world (Europe) people do not do such things. If parents find out the gender of the baby before the birth, they simply tell people. No need for cakes or balloons or crowds of people screaming.
