the phenomena in which the f1 generation exhibits the intermediate characters of the parental gene because the dominant allele does not fully dominate the recessive allele is called as incomplete dominance . here the phenotypic ratio deviates from the phenotypic ratio in the mendels monohybrid cross i.e . 1:2:1 . eg snap dragon
