Yo bro you’re obviously good at this but I have to disagree with you on that part where he asked her why she thought her ads were not working and she responded that she doesn’t know and that’s why she contacted him. Contrary to what you said, that wasn’t a dumb question. You literally have to allow these prospects tell you their challenges so you know how to help them as an expert. I’ve asked that question a lot of times and got answers that helped me close the prospects. Some of them actually know what’s wrong, they just need someone to probe a little further for that answer to come out. Great content man. Respect
