i love it! the design is cute, and what it lacks in space it makes up for in price and seclusion. Sometimes we need to make choices to live well. The buyer could always add on, but you can't change the location..which is lovely. My only concern would be flooding.
The kitchen doesn't have a real frig or a stove.

The stove is missing in the kitchen and maybe its an illusion but the stairs looked lopsided lol

Great little place, I just wish it had more acreage but I’m sure the surrounding property’s could be purchased if someone wanted to sell a few more acres to add to the 1.25 acres here on this spread!! I love the exclusivity of the place for sure!!
Brad, they've got trucks & trailers now for delivering firewood & don't have to use wagons anymore 🤣. Oh, and the stove & a real refrigerator were missing from the kitchen 😂. Have a great day 😊.

I dont see a Range/Oven unit in the kitchen but its likely they didnt intend one. Sadly, no large gourmet gatherings, lol. I did see the little electric burner and what might have been a toaster oven or microwave. All you need really. What is the deal with that kitchen 'cockpit' anyway? You step up to step down? Was that a drain I saw? Is that some kind of deer processing adjustment or something? I like the house. Im not sure how I feel about the kitchen - might need to redo it, although I love how it looks from outside coming in (like a brick bar).
Looks like they put every light and every outlet on its own circuit.

Sadly, other than the flooring, the work they've done is not esthetically pleasing. No stove or place to put it either.

@ThorSparks - I agree - I don't know, I'm just the video guy - Ken will know. he put in the paperwork 1176±. And that may be the right number - but I thought iit was more for being two floors. Let's go with 1176± for now, then when you come see it - he can measure it properly - and you all can get it to the foot or so. They appear to be support walls. Hard to get rid of them...unless you want the roof to cave in. But the upstairs needs to be reconfigured, for sure.
