How to Crochet Chevron Stitch Purse (Customizable)

This video shows how to make a single column of chevron stitch to make as coin purse, crocheted envelope, clutch, sunglasses pouch, hook case or even pencil case. This is a great idea to make for the holidays because of its versatility.
Once you get to the Repeating Rows, you will be able to adjust the size depending on the desired length and width.
I have used a fingering-weight yarn. If you will use a different kind of yarn, use the hook that is recommended on the label.
Once you get to the desired length of the purse. Measure it first then you will do the repeating row to increase the length or height.
