Do you use the video feature in the product section? If so, what kind of videos do you find or most helpful to post? Lifestyle products i.e. showing the product being used or product videos that show the box, instructions and or product tags ?
I actually haven’t used the videos yet. I do know that lifestyle and showing the product in use help the customer to visualize themselves using the product and generally do well.

Does Faire take 25% off total cost or from profit? Thanks!
Hi Danny! Looking forward to speaking with you more. The short answer is Faire will take 25% of the first order total from a customer that places an order with you through finding you on the Faire marketplace. If that same customer reorders within 24 hours, Faire will still take the 25% commission. If the customer reorders after the 24 hour period, then it will only be a 15% commission.
However if you drive your own traffic and retailers order through your Faire Direct link, there is 0% commission.

So if your minimum is 20 would they really be getting 100 stickers since they are sets of 5? Thanks!
No, the case quantity is 5 stickers and that just means it is how they will be packaged for the customer. So they have to order multiples of 5, but a minimum of 20 stickers, not packs. So if they want 20 stickers, they would order 20, which would arrive to them in 4 "cases". I hope that clarifies it! :)
How many orders do you make on a monthly basis now on faire?
My Faire shop has been on vacation for quite awhile as I'm in the process of moving, so I haven't been able to put a lot of time into to get orders out of it. I'll have better numbers when I get situated and reopen.

It's all about advertising yourself. Send out a newsletter to business's that you'd like to see your products in, promote yourself on social media, tell friends and family, send out postcards. Just a few ideas to get you started.

My account got closed during the verification process. I don’t the know the root cause of my suspension. I have opened multiple cases in their help center, but no response. Do you is there any other way to contact their customer support by email or phone?
