They asked Adrianna to sing with them and she gave them a list of songs she would like to sing. This is the one they chose and she said it was her favorite. She does indeed have some pipes on her, and she is all of 17, yes 17, years old. She started singing with them when she was 15 with their Frozen 2 medley. If you have not watched or reacted to their cover of We’re Good by Dua Lipa, you might consider doing that as well. It’s got the same lineup and it was Cesar‘s first appearance with them as a permanent member. Rob Dietz was the arranger for both this release and their cover of We’re Good.

Layne is one of two primary arrangers. Between he and Geoff Castelucci they arrange about 90% of them, trading off each month. They also use the incredible talents of Rob Dietz for most of the remaining 10%. He does their minis, their ACA TopTens and has done several songs especially recently. He did We’re Good, and he co-arranged Dream On with Geoff.

VoicePlay beatboxer 'Zero' (his character in Oogie Boogie) is Layne Stein. 😎 Layne is also an arranger extraordinaire for the group (along with Geoff, with whom he takes turns doing the arrangements). Years ago, Layne used to sing the baritone part and was not the beatboxer. That slot was filled by Scott Porter (that one founding member who had left, and returned for their Halo video, the guy delivering the dedication after the song to their fallen member Rek). When Scott left to pursue acting _(Friday Night Lights, et al),_ Layne picked up the beatboxing. My impression of differences between Layne's style and Adam's is that Adam has a lot of harder, cleaner drum sounds. It's like he's had a sampling rig grafted into his throat, full of actual drum recordings, harmonica recordings, etc. Layne's sounds are more organic to the ear -- not bad, just different, and every bit as acceptable a set of choices as Adam's. To me, it's sometimes as if you get a mental picture of a cartoon instrument with a bunch of pipes sticking up, and the pipes are moving (as cartoons do), alternately bunching up, getting fatter and shorter, then skinny/tall, belching out sounds similar to coughs, gasps, wheezes, scooping or chomping, etc. A bit like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, if you remember the old Dick Van Dyke movie. And that's interspersed with his more traditional drums, and his unique electronic whirlygigs. Different artists, different palettes.....

Im gonna plant a seed for you Matt and Chris. I've seen it multiple times where a reactor would make the music video completely transparent along with mirroring it to avoid copyright. Now whether it works is another thing as I havent done it
