To fix the drywall you just put primer over it as a mold/moisture shield, then go over it with spackle or joint compound, sand it down & paint. 🤗
Decorating tip - Always group in odd numbers, 3, 5, etc. also remember this one too: something green, something glass, something black, something brass!! Good luck!

there is a picture hanging kit you can buy that has hangers where you can install on anything to hang them.
You did bed perfect in the end. Room is lovely.

Everything looks great! I love those sconces!! When I have to hang things like that I get painters tape and stretch it across the back of the picture over the hanging spots. Then I poke holes in the painters tape and then use the tape on the wall to place the nails. Works like a charm.
Just to clarify, one piece of tape to stretch across the entire back of the frame over the holes... lol

So beautiful and cozy
The room is beautiful. A couple things - I would return the puffs and replace them with one jute poof in that same spot. Secondly - you can tie a string around the pillow before you put the pillow case on to make it look chopped. Loosely tie a string around it and tie a string in the middle to the that string front and back. Kinda like a belt with one suspender. :). Great job. Love your room.

Lauren your bedroom is lovely, you did great! May I make a suggestion, I heard you say you struggle with the bed pillows and I did too until I bought really large euro pillows. I have a queen bed and I have 3 26 x 26 euros (with 24 x 24 pillow covers) and it was a game changer. Your bed is great so you don't NEED to make the pillow change but you might find it is helpful to get that 'instagram worthy' look.

I have been watching so many makeover videos and especially like the tip of hanging the curtain rods higher and wider- I have been hanging them all wrong lol. Love the look and so now I am going room to room and updating all of my windows. I used the baking soda and paint on a thrifted vase so now will need to try it on a mirror. I also struggle with measuring when hanging up anything so I just had to laugh but like your hack. I have been using painters tape to mark and then measure. Great video!

Sometimes when I go to Goodwill in my area I think they're in cahoots with Target because sometimes I can find boxed furniture brand new shoes brand new clothes brand new home decor that's from Target but I think it's either overstock or it didn't sell after a clearance. So keep a lookout at Goodwill in your area.
