🚨 UPDATE: After using it for around 3 weeks (and jumping between JAZZ & CLASSIC presets), noticed few things 1. JAZZ preset sounds the best over-all (and the loudest). It also has the widest soundstage. Unfortunately EQ presets don't work via cable (USB-C). So you'll have to use a 3rd party EQ on Windows or Mac to balance the sound. Alternatively, use Bluetooth & enable game mode. 2. LDAC (high-rez mode) really makes these shine 🌟 3. These will definitely keep your ears warm during winter 🙂 4. I've only charged it once so far. Batt life is superb. 5. Bluetooth connection is solid

yeah... the graphs of the max5c is out... its roughly measures similarly to a koss ksc75..... the max5c with classic eq + General ANC is basically a ksc75 with bass
@ryantee7684 ah mate don't make me choose. They are both good. Soundpeats do get louder & more "processed" sounding. It's more fun, more energetic, more high fi. Ugreen is more neutral, more flat. More natural sounding.

Forgot to mention. App settings are stored on headphone memory.
So you can remove the app once you're done setting up.

I think so.
Yeah they are just that for the momment they haven't released replaceable ear cups

Don't know. But I say go for the Ugreen. I doubt the QCY is as good or better
