- My 4k driving video of the Bridle Path neighbourhood where there are incredibly expensive mansions and huge property lots.
I took many turns while driving the area, but due to the many high fences and high hedges and deep lots, there are mansions that we can't really get a good look at.
After filming the video, I went onto the realtor website and realized that there are a few properties for sale, even though there is no signage posted. Further in the video, we have a drive by a $32,000,000 mansion for sale.

There are safer neighborhoods to put your money though, my friend lives there (a 'modest' 6 mill home) and they've already had at least 5 attempted burglaries in the past few years, one of them successful in which they stole several $10k+ watches and jewelry. It's not uncommon to have weird randos fencing people's properties and walking around their massive yards without people noticing. It's the richest neighborhood in Toronto but it's also a few blocks away from government project buildings and druggy rehab places. That's the issue with city living in Canada and by the outskirt suburbs outside of the main city are generally safer (or you could live really close downtown where there's a lotta foot traffic) You can also get more bang for the buck in the burbs outside the city core.
@@charlescg3904 Place looks like a dump. Houses close together, just a few feet from the street. This video is a joke right>??. In the US that would be maybe an average upper middle class neighborhood in a thousand suburbs. Its just a place where the Chinese came to launder money from their commie government. LOL.

20 Years ago I lived at Lee and Queen, my neighbor across the street was a multi billionaire and still there painting the fence! Yes, a very low key and an extraordinary wonderful person!

If I ever get to live in any of these houses I'll cry every morning when I wake up, knowing that I'll die one day and leave this paradise behind.
Not really that paradise, you'll always be watching your back and looking over the shoulder. My friend lives there it's not the safest area because there's a big target on your head and your house.

@@MyWalkAround Incredible. I always forget how expensive real estate is in Toronto. It's similar in Singapore. A condo can sometimes set you back 4 million USD.
I drive through here a few times a year with the kids. I’m always kind of sad that most houses/lots aren’t decorated for holidays though. Rarely have lights on at night. Like no one lives in them.
I've never really gone through the area during Christmas. Interesting about the decorations. Yes it's too bad, i bet the place would look even more amazing :)
Wealthy people can either spend Christmas at the beach, like in St Barths, etc. Or spend it in luxury chalets in Switzerland or in the mountains in general. They often own several properties and, like many Westerners, they also like to travel during vacations :)

Yeah, you gotta have the money to even want to CONSIDER trying to live in this area. Crazy prices, and I'm sure there are other ppl here that have their identities hidden when they purchased. Probly other big name celebs that have managed to keep it quiet somehow....

@@takarlor12 Not even close. It's very expensive and one of the most expensive in the Greater Toronto Area. But not all of Canada. B.C. has some of the most expensive in Canada.
I have lived in Toronto since 1968. Currently I live in Guildwood on the Bluffs. Not a l elegant as Bayview. But, I have a much better view of the Lake Ontario. My granddaughter works at the Bob Rumbal institute for the Deaf on Bayview. So I pass thru the neighbourhood. But, my house is as big and I have a better view.
You should do one of lakeshore road in oakville. They have mansions like this and even canadas most expensive home worth 65 million.

I lived on Suncrest Drive when I was a teenager. You don't want to live in such a place, most folks are lonely and unhappy, driven by money and not much else.

He had to get special permission to build that high fence. I think the maximum allowable fence height in that area is 6'. He received permission since people were jumping over his fence and onto his property on a regular basis.
@@mikes1615 oh man, it must be nice to have money, but damn, imagine the hassle he has to go through all the time. Imagine having stalkers and people on your property all the time. Headache!
@@MyWalkAround I don't know if they successfully jump over the higher fence. True, having a lot of money can be nice. However, if I were a billionaire, you would not be able to tell from the house I was living in or the car I drove. I would be too busy trying to build a stairway to heaven.

It’s actually classified as a neighbourhood in Toronto. People can actually drive through it unlike most subdivisions which are mostly gated.

11/11/2020: In heaven, even the poorest of the poor live BETTER than this. Even that $32M hospital but called a home looks like a “dung hill” compared to the poorest person’s home in heaven. I’d rather have my home in heaven where thieves do NOT break through and steal, don’t have to worry about building fences, stone walls/gates or trees, flowers and shrubs around the home. No thank you!!! They can keep it.
