Mr B were in Unionville/Chappell hill TN and on 7-31-24 we lost power and internet connection. WiFi was obviously down but cellular data and service was down for almost an hour. It really put things into perspective. When you can’t look up what’s going on out there it’s scary. Especially when the power goes out at 9:39 pm. My battery powered radio wouldn’t pick anything up. Now we’re Way out in the country so it was DARK. All I could do was put my girls in one room and get myself ready for whatever so I did. It eventually came back on and internet are back but for an hour it was surreal.

Yesterday ( Wednesday ) late afternoon , looking West towards Manchester way in the UK - A Lenticular cloud started forming , had the oval shape an layers but the ends were connected to the rest of the clouds high up . Watched it for around 15 mins while talking to a friend before the layers seemed to merge into a single cloud .
Well in Lincoln, NE on the 31 Aug., 2024 we had winds measured at 83mph, lightning, driving rains and downed trees all over. Storm Spotters were also activated.
