Nice pickup! I see this figure pop up on amiami sometimes and it disappears immediately lol. Will have to track one down myself for the Pokemon collection!

Yeah, Amiami is super competitive when it comes to Pokemon Figures. That’s why I try to look at other options like Buyee and Mercari instead. Rule of thumb for figure hunting is to browse across plenty of different vendors!

Of everything I collect, the Kotobukiya Pokemon series is one of my absolute favorites. I have every single one of the trainers that's been released save 1, Lillie and Cosmog. I passed on her when it was announced Koto would be releasing Lillie and Clafairy. Now the completionist in me is anguishing the fact that I don't have her. Then there's Marnie and Morpeko. Man I so want this one too. I held back picking this one up because I thought I saw somewhere that Koto would be doing their version of her. This is such a cool figure and I'm glad you were able to snag her. Will this be a rabbit hole to some of the Koto current releases?

My wallet hopes not lmao. I did pre-order Dawn & Piplup though. But my next Pokemon Grail would be Gold & Cyndaquil so I can complete my Typhlosion shrine. Unfortunately, Gold costs SO much money on the Aftermarket, so I’m waiting patiently for a re-release. I also REALLY want the electric gym leader Elesa from B/W, but she is also horribly overpriced… collecting Pokemon Scales is pain…

@@TakersKeep Haha! I feel you pain. My wallet has a name for me and it's, um, not nice. I dare say the moment you get your next Pokemon scale, you may be looking down the dark black of the rabbit hole. Hey TakersKeep I'm curious, of all the Pokemon scales released, which is your favorite? I simply can't get enough of the latest Red figure, the one with Charmander. However the upcoming Iono is splendid, though expensive. Aaannnnddd my wallet is cursing again. Excuse me, I better go. 😅

@@genefactor007 Gold & Cyndaquil will forever and always be my most favorite Pokemon Scale. I grew up playing Pokemon Silver on the GameBoy Color and my first Pokemon EVER was Cyndaquil. Ever since that day, I've had Typhlosion on my team anytime he is available. Gold & Cyndaquil is the one I want the most, but they are too expensive imo. And I'm afraid of getting burned by a potential re-release which Koto has been doing a lot recently. I'll simply bid my time until I can get them for a reasonable price 🥲

@@TakersKeep I promise not to talk your ear off the entire day but I simply had to reply. I totally get it! You see, I was always a casual fan of Pokemon. I enjoyed the cartoon but absolutely adored the artwork. And when the Pokemon Origins shorts were released, man, I was floored! However I didn't collect the cards or play the game. It wasn't until I bought the New 3DS XL some years back that I finally decided to try a Pokemon game, Pokemon Sun and Moon. My first Pokemon was Litten and I have this strange connection with that little cat. So I totally get your connection to Cyndaquil. It's my hope Koto would release Elio with Litten and if they do I'm sure that would be my new favorite. I'll keep my fingers crossed for an Ethan and Cyndaquil re-release. It's as you've said, Koto's been re-releasing the trainers.
