old french tips : u can put aples in the pumpkin soup (with a little of cinnamon of course) if you want it not too sweet, don't cook the aples, juste directly mix them, but if you love more sugar, you can boil them like the pumpkin

So i was going through some intense crying and fear caused by a horrible experience which could have ended with dead...and i could not calm myself down so my twin sister told me to watch sth on yt to focus on sth else. So i watched 3 videos of yours on what u eat in a week and foods made by your mom..and i just want to say THANK U🙏🏻😭🖤 thank u so much. Your videos have an unique peaceful aura that i actually felt while watching them. U have a kind and warm aura around u and everything just made me feel more easy and at peace. The music is also very calming although i dont know the songs. The food looks fantastic. You are so gorgeous. Its inspiring how much water u drink, its amazing and im so happy for u🖤also i dont know how to cook at all, but it is sth ive been very passionate about in the last year or two, so u actually inspired me to start learning how to cook, i would love to cook for myself healthy tasty food and i would love to make good healthy tasty food for my family to make them happy and to thank them for everything. Fun fall tip: boil water, orange peels, cinnamon and maybe apples if u have for 5 min then let simmer on low and it will make ur house smell like autum.❤ love ur videos
