You’re supposed to push the centre of the plastic pins in, then the thing will slide out. No need for a removal tool. Then you reset the centre so it’s poking out the top, insert, then push centre
Buddy. If your bike is within warranty then go to the dealer as this should be fixed within warranty. I wouldn't play around with electronics as this could seriously mess up the bike.
