Old oil cans are very sought after . Some go for hundreds of dollars . It’s a real treat when you find them in barns, and pay a couple of dollars for them .
I don't think I would have ever recognized that as Pigeon Forge Pottery, even though I'm from Tennessee 😊. Learning so much from you. Thank you for that.
When I was a little girl in the 50s, I bought my mom a boomerang ashtray for 35 cents. She kept it forever even gluing it back together. Wish I had it now.
I like what you were saying about cutting your losses were doing that right now in my partner's business and house clean out business. I'm either giving it away or giving it away for a little or nothing at least we're getting something for it. Too much space wasted
I would've been after that Dr Pepper thermometer. It seems few and far between to even find any vintage Dr Pepper items. The Asian tilt-top table was really interesting. I've not see one like that. For $50.00, well...I might would've had to try to find space for it. It's been years since I've been to a flea market. It would be fun to browse one again, and that one looked like there were a lot of interesting items there.
Hi there! I really don't see them as much as I would expect. The tilt-top was tempting but I have one to fix already! I do enjoy a good flea market, maybe we'll hit one near you someday
@@TheAntiqueNomadShorts The only flea market I know of that's near here is Mountain Top, on Hwy. 278. It's been some many since I've been to it, I have no idea what kinds of stuff is sold there now. It would be fun to check it out again, though.
just bought a vintage Burberry belt buckle ( .... Burberry, not my taste, but it's a seller on ebay) Would prefer to have bought the tooled leather bag but they don't sell for me very fast, nor the beaded bags
I learn so much from your videos. You should call yourself Professor Antique Nomad 😊
I like that!
Hi Friend ! ❤ I look forward to strolling throught the shows with you! Thank you ! ❤
Plus going with George I save money, don't get hot, learn things, and see other resellers that I follow .
You are so welcome to come along!

Yes, same era
Fun signs and the Starbucks was interesting!
Another great video. Thanks once more, George.
I want that😉
I haven't been to a flea in years. The ones here all run Sundays only. I'm in church, so no dice.

I just saw a Dr. Pepper thermometer for $50 at a yard sale. No one was buying it. I bought Pyrex instead, couldn't spring the $50.
