I gave an employee feedback and she became visibly distressed, heavy sweating, shaking, etc. I kept her way too long but i know my business is as strong as my weakest link.
Hello ! I have seen this happen myself. Some people just CAN NOT take constructive criticism. Its unfortunate because we all can improve on things. I welcome it. On the flip side you can use constructive criticism in the training process to see who passes the sweat test lol
