I was very lucky, a family member owned a cabin by Cherry Springs State Park in Pennsylvania. It's the world's second International Dark Sky Park. Its possibly the darkest place on the East Coast. You can see Milky Way with your naked eye.
Since I'm reasonably close to an airport, is interesting seeing how the wind changes things. Some days we get few planes. Other days it seems like every few minutes a plane is going overhead.

Nice. I have been to Utah a couple of times for a milky way workshop then lockdown hit and I got into deep sky astro.
That's great! There are some Bortle 4 to 5 locations within an hour or two of where I live. But the really dark stuff is hours away.
Thanks again for speaking with me earlier.
Thank you for joining! You brought up a lot of good points, too. I hope Seestar releases a mosaic mode. That will be awesome!
And a huge thanks for letting me know about the audio. Thanks to your comment I was able to salvage 90% of the video. 😳
FYI: Yes, planes take off and land into the wind and is why runways are oriented in the direction of the prevailing winds at that particular location.
