- We started our journey from Guwahati and reached Bomdila via Shergaon, next Day we explored Bomdila market and monastery and proceeded towards Dirang.

This video is about exploring Bomdila market , monastery and homestay, During second half of the day we proceeded towards Dirang.
Date of journey -Bomdila to Dirang - Arunachal Pradesh - 10th April 2022
9th April we started the tour from Guwahati and reached back to Guwahati after 12 day tour.
Few accommodation information in Bomdila.
We stayed at Circuit house in Bomdila, this was booked through some reference, though we paid Rs 2500 for stay over night.

10 Lucky Homestay - contact details 8132803929, 9402946966 , we visited this homestay during our Bomdila market visit, it is at about 3 km from Bomdila market.
Hotel Tsepal Yangjom - 8729881887 price is around Rs 3100 for deluxe room & suite Rs 4500. It is one of the good hotel in the market.
GRL Monastery which is also known as GONTSE GARDEN RABGYE LING Monastery. It is one of the major monasteries built by 12th reincarnate of TsonaGontse Rinpoche in 1965-66.
If anyone wants to stay near the monastery. DOE-GU-KHIL Guest House cost is around Rs 1000 t0 2000 depending upon accommodation type. Contact number - 03782-223232 / 07085160806
Bomdila war memorial - It was built in memory of sikh troops and other soldiers of of Indian army, subedar pritam singh and fellow soldiers fought against chinese army in 1962. This is located at 9000 ft height.
Bomdila market There are many shops in market that sell Ghee and other local products.
Choden Restaurant We had Churpi Sabji - Rs 300 along with chicken Thukpa - Rs 100 , this is a famous restaurant for Churpi sabji.
Then we proceeded towards Dirang, we also visited Dirang Boutique Cottages ( near Miyong river), this is near Dirang Dzong.- Rs 2750 with breakfast double occupancy.
We stayed at Four Seasons homestay in Dirang, tariff around Rs 1800 for double occupancy.

What is the best time to visit Arunachal Pradesh?
I had too Visited Arunachal Pradesh Before the year when COVID started, I must say apart from the Natural Beauty and beautiful majestic Monasteries, the real beauty lies in the heart of the people there. @@sirishamanjari9118 don't go June, July,August is the rainy season sometimes landslide, roads block lots of dangerous October, November, December, January is the best season for travel but it's a very cold season u have to prepare the winter dress🤗🤗and arunachal pardesh is the 0.01% crime state so don't worry for travel

This is really called Incredible India. Why we search beauty in Europe when we have much much more scenic beauty in India. Harish bhai, this year we have already planned to visit Spiti Valley on 15 Days tour but this one really make us think again to altered the location 😊😊 But anyway, we have already done & confirmed our accommodation, vehicle, flights bookings. So this year we will be visiting Spiti Vally to experience the Nature's Beauty.

I have stayed in Dirang Boutique cottage accidentally and must say it is one of the finest stays in the region.
The food, the wonderful host and the views are unparalleled.
Arunachal Pradesh looks like an awesome place: serene and scenic.
1982 में हमारे स्कूल के दिनों में एक पत्रिका "साप्ताहिक हिन्दुस्तान" आती थी, उसमे एक धारावाहिक प्रकाशित हुआ था 6 महीने तक, नाम था "कोई एक दूसरा" | उसकी पूरी कहानी गुवाहाटी से लेकर अरुणाचल के बोमडिला और फिर दिरांग तक फ़ैली हुई थी | एक सस्पेंस थ्रिलर था वो और उसके चलने तक हरेक प्रति के लिए हम पेपर वाले का इन्तजार करते थे |.... उसमे इस पूरे क्षेत्र को जितने विस्तार से दिखाया गया था , आज 40 वर्ष के बाद भी आपके इस सुंदर वीडियो को देखने के बाद वही सुन्दरता दिखाई देती है और वो उपन्यास दोबारा से जैसे सामने आ गया |.... काश कि वो एक बार फिर से पढने को मिल जाता ..... लेकिन फिर भी, आपको धन्यवाद |

Harish ji, feeling quite nostalgic as i stayed in Bomdila for 2 years where I studied class 7 & 8 from 1980 to early 82. Started my schooling in Tawang from KG to class 6 from year 1974 till early 1980.
Dirang was on our way and we used to stay in Dirang circuit house.
Things has changed drastically...

I visited Arunachal Pradesh. Visited Bomdila and stayed at monastery guest house. Such a nice place to stay, the whole interior was decorated in Tibetian style. An experience of life time. The food was also good, simple, nice and healthy. I also visited Dirang and Tawang. My Arunachal trip was really an experience. Waiting for the next episode.
Each and every shot were amazing.
