Thanks for this recommendation!! We tried booking both of these excursions but they cancelled the sand beach one coz we wont be able to make it to the ship. Any other recommendation to do the sand beach?

One of the newer attractions is the Legendary Mexican Lucha Libre Experience in Cozumel Meet and Greet which is about a half mile walk from the Carnival cruise port in Cozumel. I have never seen such high energy, high flying pro wrestlers. It is well worth the $69 tour price. You can also taste a variety of tequilas.
Tortugas is great-though fairly $$. They’ll arrange anything you want. I stay next door at Paradise condos and they walk over and serve us at our beach or pool on demand. Always smiles, always friendly.
This is exactly what I'm looking for. I'll be in conzumel for the weekend so I needed something that had a variety of options. All I need to do is book a place to stay close to Tortuga

Thanks for all the info. I just went there and wish I knew about the Tortuga's combo tour. I was on the Virgin Voyager Cruise and stopped at Cozumel, we had a blast but definitely going back on the Scarlet Lady and doing this tour with Tortuga's. Dig your channel, lot's of good info 🤙🏻

We are going on the Scarlett Lady in April. So excited. So this company is not part of any of the cruise lines? Probably alot more bang for your buck?
@@davidmorson6982 we decided to buy our excursions outside of the ship. Since we speak Spanish it was easier to deal and understand. I paid $100 for my wife and I for the snorkel trip. Stopped in 4 different spots including Blue Heaven, Included transport to the boat, ceviche and drinks. Duration was about 5-6 hrs. They also sell pics they take if you wish with a GoPro and airdrop them to you for about $40. All that for both of us was $100 minutus pics. We still had time to eat and walk around in town. I believe a trip similar on board was about $375 each. Also, at Bimini I would take a little cash for the golf cart rental, it was $70 for 4 hrs and there is only one main road, there is a secluded paradise spot at the end of the road heading south. Pool party at Bimini is really fun. Hope this helps, enjoy. We'll be going on the Valiant Lady in two weeks.

We are doing the revamped jeep tour via Tortugas cozumel. Did you do both Jeep AND Catamaran on the same tour. We were struggling between the Catamaran and the Jeep Tour but currently have just the Jeep Tour. Love your videos! We were on the Alaska Ovation cruise with you guys~
Yes, we did both! We were in port from 8am - 10pm, so we had plenty of time. :)
@@GriffandAlyssait looks like the combo would be around 9.5 hours. Does it actually last that long? I think we will be in port from 8a-6p which they said we need to be on the ship 1 hour prior.

I think it was ATV + Catamaran, I'd bring up you want a tequila tasting which can be done after driving and stuff (for obvious reasons)

I have a question this was done all in one day and it was enough time ?? Because I know carnival cruise only gives you till about 5pm to be back on board..
It was all one day, but we were cruising with Virgin, so we were there until 10pm.

Do you think the Mayan Ruins were better here in Cozumel or in Costa Maya? My wife and I are heading on this cruise in February...
Costa maya is horrible. Literally nothing to do and the sea weed problem they have has worsen and stinks. Nothing looks clean at all. Cozumel wayyyyy better.

I am jealous but I also wish to make a point to all the people who have to FLY to Florida or another state to get on a cruise and that is there is not enough staff and baggage handlers to meet with the high demands of travellers right now and if you are travelling to a warm climate then you don't need much luggage.....I can usually get buy with enough clothes in hand luggage ( different airlines have different allowances) and if you saw the photos coming out of Heathrow airport the other day where an entire plane terminal was filled with luggage from the under carriage section because of many issues ( including not enough baggage handlers) then you would understand why it is a good idea to just take hand luggage if possible......In my country some airports haven't been able to give you your lauggage for 3 days because of so many issues and by that time you ship would have already sailed.

Virgin, and yeah.
With carnival the vaccine has been lifted if cruising after September!
