I am very surprised that so many shops are already decorated for Christmas 🎄🤩. I am still missing some Christmas decorations for my tree, which I am sure I will find at Bergdorf Goodman. Unfortunately, you can never buy as much as you would like because your suitcases get too full, but you probably know that all too well from your travels 🤔. I am looking forward to the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. Even though I have already seen the show five times, I love this wonderfully kitschy show that has become almost indispensable for me on every Christmas visit to NYc. This video gives me hope for 10 wonderful days. Unfortunately, I still have to wait three weeks and I am as excited as a child on Christmas Eve who can hardly wait to open his presents. Thank you, my friend, this walk with you made me happy 🥰.

I love preparing for the holidays, especially when the whole city starts preparing. It really is a spirit that spreads to you. But NYC will surely be crazy crowded by December. It's early/mid-November and it's already this crowded! Was there a line for the piano from Big? Surely there had to be.
Just found out that Saks will not be doing their annual holiday lights show this year which sucks considering this is their 100th anniversary of the show 😢 so Christmas in NYC will miss it this year. Hopefully they bring it back next year.

We put decorations out early because so many people (especially foreign tourists) like to come to New York to see. Millions and millions of people and they can’t come all at same time. Thank you so much for this fascinating video showing work-in-progress over the planned Christmas decorations. I live in England and it so so depressing to see what has happened to both our country and London in particular. It's drab, soulless and dangerous and, when it comes to Christmas decorations, an absolute mess. I envy NYC so much and having lived there many years ago hope that it continues to prosper. The London mayor is a total disaster and has reduced our once proud city to shambles. Both our cities are multicultural but the ethnic citizens of NYC are more tolerant and do not object to Christian celebrations. So a traditional Christmas is still possible without the threat of terrorist outrages from groups wanting to enforce their ideology on the country. Our depleted police force seem powerless to resist such behaviour and the Liberal Left makes matters even worse by resisting any calls to address this situation. See the UK as a warning and don't let it happen in New York.

Thank you so much for this fascinating video showing work-in-progress over the planned Christmas decorations. I live in England and it so so depressing to see what has happened to both our country and London in particular. It's drab, soulless and dangerous and, when it comes to Christmas decorations, an absolute mess. I envy NYC so much and having lived there many years ago hope that it continues to prosper. The London mayor is a total disaster and has reduced our once proud city to shambles. Both our cities are multicultural but the ethnic citizens of NYC are more tolerant and do not object to Christian celebrations. So a traditional Christmas is still possible without the threat of terrorist outrages from groups wanting to enforce their ideology on the country. Our depleted police force seem powerless to resist such behaviour and the Liberal Left makes matters even worse by resisting any calls to address this situation. See the UK as a warning and don't let it happen in New York.
