None of this would have been possible without my wife believing, never wavering, and always strong when we needed her most. Amanda and this song says it better than I ever could. This song is so fantastic. I'd never heard of her before until I got a 'romantic songs' compilation double CD and this was on it. God, it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up! It's one of the most moving songs I've ever heard. Not only does she have an incredible voice but she also co-wrote the song. What a talented musician!!

Her differences with her former record label and management should have been settled long ago, right? So we fans can only assume that Amanda simply doesn't want to be in the public eye anymore. I’ve asked this already in early 2020 via Email her then management and the Calgary Herald, to whom she gave an interview at the end of 2019, in which she announced a new album as already in 2012, and later I've asked this also some Canadian RUclipsrs here, one of whom is even the father of her last live guitarist, Mike Brown, but strangely enough I never got an answer from anyone. So, on behalf of all Amanda Marshall fans, I hope that you might be able to shed some light on the mysterious darkness surrounding Amanda. If so, many thanks for that from a still enthusiastic southern German Amanda fan (see my playlist ʺAmanda Marshall (complete)ʺ).
I think she is absolutely gorgeous, and she has a God given talent. I think it is cool that she is half black but looks white. My youngest daughter is blonde hair blue eyed. And me being her biological mother, I am half Greek, with Mexican, Native American in me. It's a beautiful thing how God works.

It's been too long that she's been away for sure. The concerts from time to time is great and well appreciated, however, just makes you miss her even more. She gives the BEST performances!!! Been a fan since 1996 which seems so long ago and when she performs it's like it was yesterday when I first saw her.
