I think the big reason why COD 3 is stuck in a weird limbo is that it's the only mainline COD to not be on PC. The PC version was scrapped due to the rushed development. Treyarch had less than a year to make the game because Activision was pushing it to be a launch title for PS3. Maybe with Xbox 360 emulation making big strides, one day PC players will be able to experience the game and it's unique multiplayer.
I came across a post from a supposed ex-dev on the project who revealed a lot of interesting background behind its development. A lot of crunch, how the game was compressed to hell to fit on the PS2 and how burnt out they were after release. Ill be covering it in a video soon more in detail 😁

I stopped playing call world at war right after getting it somebody was talking about hacking someones Xbox never played it since no plans to play again ever
I notice input lag when I play backwards compatible MW2 on XSX. Anyone else? It’s really hard to make precise moves even at high sens. I found the solution, Auto HDR causes input lag, turn it off In compatibility settings.

I’m surprised Call of Duty 2 has a low player count. That was the biggest launch title for the 360.
It's also a game that doesn't get much attention nowadays to, which is a shame.

How do you make these Xbox 360 games look better on the Xbox one x and series console? They look blocky to me.
Only thing I did was make sure the Xbox resolution matches the TV I was using. I think the capture card might make it look better than it actually is?

Try using a wired controller and see if it still there. I couldn't recall if there was lag.
