These few topics (but a glimpse) were not only discussed but settled BEFORE Rome adopted Christianity (The Catholic Church) and eventually became The Roman Catholic Church as it also adopted its name after 313 A.D.

Historical fact that can be easily confirmed by any Christian historian is that the Holy Spirit who is God, who sees past, present and future chose the Catholic Church to compile the Bible, specifically the New Testament which all Christians base their entire religion from and yet reject God’s decision to have picked the Catholic Church.

This broke my heart, but I felt it so deeply. I’ve been raised in a Christian home, and growing up has made me hate religion so much because I see the pain it’s caused so many people. But it’s been two years since I gave my life back to Christ, and holy cow has it made life so much more purposeful. As I’ve read the Bible more & had fellowship with God, I’ve come to terms with the fact that: Christianity isn’t about following a list of rules. Jesus died so we didn’t have to worry about simply living by the “LAW” but we can be saved by His GRACE alone. We all fail, but His grace is what holds us, IF we accept Him as our Savior & live out our faith in Him. Thank you for sharing this song with us dude, I know it hurts, but I’m praying for you ❤

I will never be perfect and honestly. I am a worse person than when I was religious but if there's one thing I endeavour to be, is still a loving and caring person, someone who will go above and beyond for others. It's not easy, sometimes life, hell I get in my own way but no matter what issues I have with religions and certain ideals, if I can just have that unconditional love that I was taught to strive for in Sunday school, if I am able to get that someday then, no matter what else happens, I'll be happy.

Went through a long season of doubting my faith and this song speaks volumes to me. God is finally pulling me out of that thanks to good Christian counseling and godly friends/people God brought into my life. He is so good. I had to dismantle all the lies I grew up and learned to believe. I had an imbalanced view of God, but now I see His immense love for me and the freedom He gives. If you're doubting your faith keep seeking God, he held me even when I wanted to reject him over and over again.

I realized It's ok to have questions as long as they don't push you away from God. The purpose is to seek truth. My advice is to keep on praying to God to show Himself. I did before becoming born again and He showed me things I never thought of. Thru Jesus, prayer connects you to God. Also, search for answers through trusted online sources.

I love this song. A feeling everyone feels at some point if you are on the true road. It’s not about religion, but about The Lord. Keep spreading the love. ❤
I needed a sign, I got it. This song, this video. It hit me. Right now I am struggling for one year with my faith. I used to be leader of many people, I love that. I used to ministry, I love that. I used to have beautiful, deep, strong relationship with God, I lost that. I miss it so much, but somehow religion and people in church... destroyed me. If any non-believer is reading this now and questioning why they should go to church then - just to remind you, nobody is perfect. Absolutely nobody. But trying to be perfect needs to be confronted in love, not it hate.
I used to be atheist, then came to God, because He reveled Himself to me in special way that I couldn't say that God is not real. It was strong, I was healed, so I know that He exists. So no, I didn't grew up in Christian family so I don't understand lots of problems which "christian kid" can have.
But I really believe God exists. I am just broken by people, their opinions, postures, behavior. And I need to start talk about it.

Firstly, I just want to say how brave you are to be so vulnerable in your song. A lot of people go through this exact experience and instead of being understood and guided, they are looked down upon for questioning God. I pray and trust God will give you a sign that He is indeed with you. All I can say is what He has done in me. So, It's ok to have questions, was like this before giving my life to the Lord fully. My advice is to FIRST pray to God Himself to show you who He is and if He is real.. I did and He showed me things I never thought of. Thru Jesus, prayer connects you to God. Also, search the answers for the questions you have not only thru prayer but online.

Wow what an amazing song . I was raised in one denomination and chose another later in life and then i turned away. 2 years ago started seaching again but loosing my faith didnt think i could be good enough due to the way i was raised. I do not go to church but i listen to sermons that are amazing and 6 months ago i was so broken and hit rock bottom and that is when God gave me my sign. He pickeded me up and changed my life 100% my life is so very amazing. When your searching and broken is when you will see his amazing signs....and every day after...

I felt this song and recently I was felt like this not to long ago but God did give me a sign that no matter how hard life was at the time that I needed to keep my faith in God and never give up hope because with God on my side all things are possible no matter how hard my life is or was at the time. To always keep my faith trust love and hope in the lord because I realized without God on my side then I was nothing at all. Now my life is getting better day by day. And I thank the lord for the hard times because they where lessons I needed to learn at that time to get my life back right.

This means that in West Semitic, and probably also for a period of time in Hebrew, the word carried both meanings. What this means is the fact that we are made righteous in the blood of Jesus means that in Him we are able to have a status as the beloved of God, and because we already have it in Christ this righteousness cannot be produced by our actions. Instead, righteous action is produced by this righteousness, as we grow closer to Him. There is still justice in God, but our righteousness doesn't depend on us. Definitely felt the religious burnout but realizing this really helped draw nearer to Him than ever before.

Growing up, you can say that I was a free bird cuz my parent always tells us to not let our cultures and people decide what we believe and we grew up in a Christian Country. So me and my siblings would learn about other religions ( Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, Bahai, Christianity...etc ) and we would share what we learned and like with each others and it makes it very easy for us to accept anyone for who they are because there is beauty in every religion 🥰🥰🥰 and if you stay in whatever you've been taught, I'm telling you there is so much more you're missing out on because ur knowledge is like a drop in a whole freakin ocean and it's up to you whether you want to learn more or find out the roots of ur beliefs 😊😊 what can I say 🤷🏻♀️ life is too short to sit and wait around to be taught ❤️❤️❤️love yall

I remember when I was about 14-16 and I hated my religion so much, I loved Jesus and I still do, but all those religious-catholic things without any love was so fake for me. I remember when I wanted to end my life, coz my parents only cares about "what is outside", especially during one Easter day, it hurt me so much. But I always felt God's everlasting love, so one day I told Him that I wanna be so close to Him, but so far from this false faith, after 12 years I am 100% that HE was always with me! In my ups and dows, in the darkest days and at the best moments. ALWAYS - no metter what!

God didn’t hurt you, people did. It’s common to hear people say they leave/don’t go to churches for one reason or another but who do you thinks going to be in heaven? People fall short, we give grace as God gives grace to us, with forgiveness. Just because we may run from our accountability doesn’t mean we aren’t help accountable, for our own actions and for what we do to others. Prayers my friends.

The way I grew up, I was told to question my faith. That's what enables you to learn and find answers. Sometimes it's your own answers, doesn't have to be the words of a prophet, the scriptures, or of another. I'm not great at following the rules of my religion, but it doesn't diminish that I still seek there to be a God. Even if that very God tells me I am damned to an eternity without his presence in my view, I still wish for such a God.
For all who believe in God, realize this. God is merciful as he is just. There are two sides of justice, the one we wish and the one we don't wish. Though it's not quite like ours with vagueness and questions. It's an absolute truth. You sew your own seeds. Does that mean you need you follow the rules of whatever religion you follow? I don't think so, live your life how you please. We were given agency to do just that. It's our freedom of choice. For those who know of this portion, Christ had a plan to send us to earth with the ability to make choices and gain experiences which could determine our eternity and give all the glory to God the Father. Christ' brother, Lucifer/Satan/etc sought to send us for a determined fate and take the glory for himself.
Live. Eat. Gain joy and sorrow. Experience the life you wish, just be prepared to live the eternity you chose.
