I know this piece since I was 4 years. Mr Lisiecki is an outstanding artist, and both Chopin's and his heart is in this music. No wonder it makes us cry...
So beautiful. I’ve listened to a lot of performances where they go forte throughout almost all of the second half and speed up like crazy and it’s so annoying. I love Jan’s tempo and restraint from playing too loudly. It’s sublime.

So glorious and touching. This broadcast from the Proms 2013 was the first time I ever heard and saw Jan Lisiecki play. It is wonderful that this video of the occasion is now available here. Jan's life, strong but gracious personality and developing career are a gift to the world. Late last year I attended another London concert when he played at the Royal Festival Hall. It was a great joy.

And we were right: your autograph (in our concertos: her Mozart's and my Chopin's) certainly did give us luck and saved us from blanks at our final examinations, a few days ago. If you're talking about the triplet in the left hand, it caught my ear as odd, but if you watch his hands it's clearly intentional. Personally, I like it when performers add a dash of their own personality or creativity, otherwise why bother listening to all the different versions? This was really nice.
