so fun fact I just learned, the culture events will replace your random card for the week. Another thing is that the bank will pay you 5% interest every week you leave your money in the bank, so it will increase a lot if you just keep slapping money in the bank over the game
A few No Time to Relax tips: You can buy more than one week of cleansing food at a time, just keep clicking it in the market Your unpaid rent debt at the end of the game is calculated into your green bar score
I just noticed No Time to Relax even runs your clock when you're reading the little flavor cards before your turn actually starts, there really is no time. Also, you still might be better off investing in something small even if you lose money, because the bad cards also take away money each turn, whereas the investment saves the money and subtracts or adds a little to it.
Are you talking about the time limit each turn has or the time available? If it's the time limit then yeah, the whole point of it is to prevent someone from stalling the game when they have control. And there IS an option to turn the time limit off when setting up the game. If you're talking about the time available then that's probably just because the cards themselves reduced how much time you had. Larry's stress cards and all of the didn't eat cards reduce the time but most of them don't.
The saddest part of the game of life round was that if Chilled did Pension he would have won... 2 blacks and a red for bucket list w/ no change in who gets the crowns is only 40 points... now on the flipside he would have gotten 210 if he went pension... even one black of three would have secured his win... this is why you don't go bucket list if you're not in close contention for any attributes
