I think Zues is better now... Chain lighting is easier to confirm because you can throw the shield and helps his clear

It would be awesome if they release Typhoon. That's the father of all monsters, so terrifying even the gods themselves could not face it head on, only Zeus did it and won. The Kraken is nothing but a dot in comparison to Typhoon.
been in the game for 7 years and zeus is still the most broken, unbalanced god here. don't know why he hasn't had a major overhaul, so many people want him changed
Broken as in he's too good or bad? Because if you're on a bad team you'll just get aimed due to how squishy he is along with not having a dash.
He has 0 mobility, he's only broken if you can't bypass his frontline.

Am I the only one who thinks Zeus needs his old Aegis Shield back?? Or at least some version of it. One of the absolute slowest gods in the game, incredibly squishy base stats and exactly zero escape options. I'm a new enough player that I never knew he had an "old" version to begin with but as a current player, I like it more. Besides, it also means he needs a bit more skill to play due to having to aim your chain lightning better.

So, Minos was competing with his brothers to rule that Crete place, so he prayed to Poseidon to send him a Snow White Bull, as a sign of like, support from him. (The Cretan Bull). Minos here was MEANT to kill the bull to show honor and such, but he kept it because of it "Cow Beauty." Minos was all like 'Oh Poseidon ol' pal won't care if I keep this bull here but sacrifice one of my own bulls! Yeah, I'm a genius!'.

So, in order to punish Minos, Poseidon here made Pasiphaë, Minos' wife, full so in love with that majestic bull that she made the craftsman Daedalus make a hollow wooden cow structure for her to climb inside in order to frickle frackle with the bull. Lovely.
And that, children, is how the Minotaur was born. Imagine having to give birth to that hairy-half man half bull....

So this is awesome and all, but my gosh... I'm not even sure if I can find words to describe this.... but the abilities' reveal section of the video hardly shows how insanely strong some of those are. That chain lightning can bounce from miles away and detonate doesn't even seem to have a range limit. Let's not forget how strong the shield is for its synergy. Damn.... I wonder if they're even aware of some of this stuff.

They haven't said anything about the three faster-after-each other auto attacks Zeus has.. Those are damn OP to get 3 charges on an enemy.
PS: I guess they do the reveal of old Gods that were available since the closed beta, though I would suggest adding some extra features / update-notes at the end, for those who already mastered and know the old gods.

doux hex LOL players will actually see that his abilities are similar with Kennen's. His passive is the same. His E is Kennnen's W, the ults are pretty much the same (except Kennen's is around him), also the Q resembles a bit (skillshot, applies a stack...). E's Kennen does not resemble with Zeus' W tho'...
But I do not care, I do well in LOL with Kennen, so it is great that I already know some mechanics :). I do not support LOL more than smite (the LOL community sucks so badly), I am not a hater, I actually like things which resemble in both games :).

Zeus has a weak early game that you need to survive while holding your farm.
Depending on the lane you played Zeus and your laning partner you were doomed to begin with.
He definitly isn't the best god for beginners, but if played correctly and carefully he can get his job done.
Anyways: Zeus is said to be a bad pick in ranked and tournament play since he misses some key abilities. However, that doesn't make him bad, just not as good
Idk if its just me but older smite was much better (despite my current hours in smite rn over 1.5k lol)

I would like different monsters instead of phoenixes. Like cerberus , cyclops, chimaira etc.
The things is, the lore on athena says that she came from zeus' head. He had a headache and asked Hephaestus, another god to break his head with his hammer so that the headache would go away. As a result athena came out and was blessed as the god of wisdom. She is not a result of infidelity.
And thus, making a character from Minotaur is IMPRACTIBLE, because he hasn't any singular ability that would make him unique. He's Just Strong and Angry, nothing that an mix of Ares and Hercules with a head of a Bull wouldn't make.
PLEASE new zues ult just like that little animation in the beginning have zeus float up into the sky and target people so he sends down 3 lightning bolts, 1st bolt does least damage 2nd bolt medium damage and final bolt most damage plus a stun

Most god reveals were for the new gods, not for the gods that were already in the game before they started doing these, so i guess they are now doing god reveals for old gods too.
Chronos/Chronus is the primordial being representing time itself. Cronus/Kronos is the titan that is father to Zeus, Poseidon and Hades among others. Even Wikipedia says that :D
character skill and item icon files, there is a generic P-icon and always has a God name tagged along with it. Medusa Sheva and Set are some of these names.

Third, you don't even know if The Garuda and Madusa will be added. Fourth, The Minotaur's prime job is to protect Cretes Labyrinth which is a similar role to what he plays in Smite. Another example is Heimdallr from Norse mythology, he was known to reside on the bridge to heaven which is a vague counterpart

I learned the earth was a living organizm. I found this out by seeing my visual ray in the clouds. If you believe, you can hold a storm front back, pushing it up the the firmament and create lighting, chanting I love u sends positive waves and with a little karate chop, BAM, lightning. I believe zues was a real dude that believe and realized the earth was alive. Try it, but you have to believe the ground you walk on knows your there.
he can't do this, the minion's health bar is green cause it's the spectate mode.
So this is how a nerfed Zeus would look like in Dota. As much as i think it would balance his global ulty, I cant explain the amazing feeling when they blame you for kill steal you would reply kill secured :)
you should find new guardians to replace the minotaurs and so make the minotaur a playable character.
