This is incredible alright, an incredibly dangerous place to work! Nice foot ware these guys are sporting for a place that has razor sharp heavy chunks of metal everywhere you walk! Even America in the early 1900's didn't have these terrible working conditions sheesh

I have to confess, I hate seeing any of it spilled or dropped to the sides and not used. It is unused potentiality.
It's certainly incredible steel. Steel with totally random and unknown impurities in it! The working conditions are more hazardous than any OSHA inspector would ever consider sanctioning. The foot protection is nonexistent.😂🤪
No different throughout the United States. Minus the safety flip-flops and pajamas. Maybe.

have to cut a bit of the end for measuring the tensile grade and elasticity of the cast bars? in the 1990's car/truck engines made by ford had a minimum standard of 128000psi... but that metal was chemically processed in a plant to meter 10ths of a percent of trace elements to get that exact same tensile ratting over several million tons. whatever just melting this and that gets?
No Environmental or Workplace Safety Issues there ! Open-Air Furnace and jagged metal everywhere and these guys running around in "skirts" and Sandals ! Brilliant.
It's poorly sorted material too so there is no way of knowing the metallurgical characteristics of resulting ingots.
