GHANTI is the correct word for this migrants .Ghanti word is not created by baby Manog it was created by our ancestors.this word has a meaning and this was told to us by our teacher because one of our classmate complain to the teacher saying that someone gave him bad word saying Ghanti.then the teacher told him it is not bad word but only a word given to the migrants who come to Goa from other state by crossing the borders which are called Ghants.that means all non Goans should be called Ghanties as the or theirs fore fathers have crossed these Ghants and came to our Goa.
