Yah but when All Might was quirkless it probably wasn’t as bad since there was more quirkless people at the time.
@@boobluez7490 Maybe, but he still had to have been a victim every now and again, he probably expected bullying. I'm just saying that realistically he probably wouldn't have been as surprised in the beginning as he was. Then when it gets more in depth, he would probably be surprised, considering All Might probably wasn't told to kill himself.

quirk info: he can use his quirk by turning his eye red, if he look at someone while his using his quirk that person will be unconscious and will be in a blank room, a doll will appear in front of that person and will force that person to play games with it, if that person lose 4+ out of 5 or 3 out of 3 in the game that person will die depends on what that persons quirk is, if that person is quirkless then that person's death will be based on that person last game played for example; Dance Game/Just Dance - the person will be dancing while avoiding the giant needles appearing from the ground. If the victim loses -3 out of 5 or -2 out of 3 times then that person will only experience torture.

They first download a picture, go into a painting app, color over what they want to move, then use an eraser app and cut out the part that they want to move, then they go into an app like Kinemaster or Alight Motion, then they animate it (sorry I'm horrible at explaining stuff)
