David Parkes Yeah and how much does a corner back know about playing at the Offensive line position? Probably nothing at all and how much momentum is a 205ish pound corner back going to have when you have the momentum of someone that's 280ish pounds that's been doing this for years and years on the opposite side.
David Parkes Wow, you actually believe a cornerback could block the likes of Demarcus Lawrence, Aaron Donald and J.J Watt on consistent basis like in this video?
LaDarrius Jennings Of course it isn't all about "power" I never said it was, but *Cornerbacks* they have no offensive lineman technique. Although "power" isn't everything if you take the height, weight, and strength away from an offensive lineman, it wouldn't matter if he had amazing technique he wouldn't be NFL caliber. Did you see what happened when Chaz Green came in as a secondary for Tyrone Smith at Lt for the Dallas Cowboys? Chaz Green has a lot more technique than any cornerback out there and is 6"5 300 something pounds, but he was out of position and didn't know the intricacies of playing tackle and got blown up.
I'm seeing All-Star Game. I'm seeing Offense vs. Defense. I'm seeing AFC vs. NFC (effectively a Pro Bowl) I like All Offense vs. All Defense, but I'd put a twist on it where players in no way can be assigned to their usual or former position (or related position), from college or the NFL. One exception is former receiver Marquette King, he can play receiver (although I think he'd be a deadly return man, there was an aborted punt once in real life in the NFL that he actually ran for the first down, and the dude was lightning). Another exception is real life out of position All-Star Dontari Poe, who has a rushing, receiving, and passing touchdown to his name. Also, if they played it in high school, but not college, they're good to go! (good for Sanu of Atlanta). That means: *O-Linemen cannot play D-Lineman, or vice-versa. *Wide Receivers and DBs cannot each other's those positions. *3-4 OLBs cannot play 4-3 DE, or vice-versa, since they're both the "Edge Rushers." *Players not allowed to play Quarterback: Nick Marshall, Denard Robinson, Logan Thomas, Julian Edelman, pretty much any college quarterbacks, and any normal quarterback. *Ryan Tannehill is not allowed at Tight End, he was one! *I've seen Tavon Austin listed as an RB in Fantasy, and Green Bay's Ty Montgomery used to be a receiver... can't do it. *You may use some of the OOP ideas that have happened in "Connected Franchise" (i.e. J.J. Nelson at HB), except as otherwise mentioned (Tavon and Marshall). I think Mike Evans at TE is too realistic, so that goes in the "Don't Do It!" pile. *Pretty much any converted position player, nope! If they've played it before in college or pros, the answer is NO!" *Forget the usual Punters/Kickers, because there is at least one out-of-position guy on both sides that can do it! *I think the Punters, Kickers, and Long Snappers should have someone starting somewhere, even if they're just return guys. *Make it interesting... if it feels like a guy is in a position that feels too related to what they usually do (i.e. J.J. Watt playing the "Mike/MLB"), put them somewhere else (J.J. Swat... Cornerback). *The more ridiculous and creative, while remaining competitive, the better. Christian McCaffrey at Receiver? That already happens. Christian McCaffrey, Linebacker... that's new. *As is seeing if Andy Dalton and Russell Wilson may need to consider WR full time, as they have caught passes in their careers. *Linebacker is kind of wide open for all but the "Rush Backers" or guys like Mark Barron (LB/S), and I don't consider a Fullback nor Tight End to be O-Line, but I do consider FB as TEs or the other way around to be too close, but "Gronk: The Unstoppable HB" might be hilarious. *Although, an Offensive Lineman at FB and another at HB on the "Heavy" package? Why not? *Whatever a Long Snapper otherwise would be, he has to move to something else. *You may be asking... can I put Cam Newton at HB and Andrew Luck at FB? Sure. QB at RB is out of position, as long as they don't run the Wildcat (a.k.a. function as a QB). I know CPU usually doesn't do that, but still. *Hope that wasn't too much, hope that makes sense. *I think I made that coherent enough, and it'd be a fun game!
Anyways, bottom line is... if you're going to make an All-Star Game, why not make it entertaining, hilarious, and legendary? We've seen Denard Robinson throw the magic bean around, but we haven't seen Joe Thomas doing his best Peyton Hillis impersonation! They don't say "Go small..." they say "Go BIG!" If this happens, I'll be looking forward to it!
That last one was to "TMC." As for Kawhi Evans, not true, I read what I write, especially as I'm writing it. Sometimes I read it again to make sure it's correct and good enough to hit "publish." Also, we're both in a comment thread where over 50,000 people have hit "Play" on 9 minutes of Madden footage that was simulated and created by someone else. On one side, what are we doing with our lives? On another, it's ONLY 50,000 views (although likely many more). If that's all true, there are probably people with just as much time to read what I wrote, especially, if in their opinion, I have a good idea worth reading more about. Writing "TL;DR" and deciding to write that takes five keystrokes and more effort than figuring it's not worth it to respond. So thank you for your concern, and have a great day!
Not The Expert if you do, your first requirement should be that no player can play their actual position. It should be the offensive all stars vs the defensive and special teams all stars. You should also have a minimum of 2 starters from each position.
For a low-scoring game, this was very exciting somehow. That field goal being made just barely was perhaps the best part of this hilarious but awesome game.
Video idea: pick players from one school at each position, i.e. qbs Cal - Rodegers, Goff, Webb. Rbs Oklahoma- Peterson, Murray, perine, wrs- Clemson Watkins, Hopkins, bryant
Do you think you could post some team stat lines from these tourneys? Doesn't matter much, but I'm in the middle of the video, and the D-Line qb is 2-14
Gotta say this is really cool. What I'd love to see next season, (if you aren't done yet). Is to have teams randomnly steal from others. What I mean is, the LSs and the CBs were dependant upon the run. DEs needed Suh. So what if you randomly generate steals. So maybe randomly, QBs steal from Kickers. Or the WRs get a QB. It can really cripple and build teams. Maybe adjust playblooks? So RBs are run heavy. CBs play man coverage. Safeties play zone. Would love sth like that
Hey NTE just wanna tell you this for the kicker roster, Crosby has a higher rating than Elliot at RB. Elliot has a 12 overall and I think Crosby is a 24
One side should have been the defense the other side the offense. With the kick rs filling out the empty spots. So the superb owl was an offense team. VS a d team. Since we know the kickers wouldn't win
Shows how ridiculous Madden is... that a defensive back is capable of holding a block against a defensive lineman for even one second. In reality, those guys would get pancaked on every play.
How to win the position series:
1. High speed
2. Have a kicker
You can tell how unrealistic madden is when corners are actually holding back defensive lineman that weigh over 250 and over 300.
NDSD 1 You do know with enough momentum and the right angles that it's actually possible to do that right?
David Parkes Yeah and how much does a corner back know about playing at the Offensive line position? Wow, you actually believe a cornerback could block the likes of Demarcus Lawrence, Aaron Donald and J.J Watt on consistent basis like in this video?
Kisamethedarkwolf They could. It would not be for long but blocking is more than just power. Leverage and technique play a factor to.
LaDarrius Jennings

I agree with some of the comments saying there should be an all star game!
Jordy Nelson why not all the comments that say there should be an all star game
Yes @not_the_expert please do it
Idk why I liked this comment from five years but that’s an awesome idea
These tournaments from nothexpert are great keep up the good work
I love your videos. They are one of the things I look forward to after school
YAS! I love this series :) thanks or always uploading!
Happy Bradberry made a kick finally!
I swear if the kickers make it to the finals

No one read what you just typed
Your a communist
Who? Me?
Quite the opposite really, but this isn't a political channel, nor discussion.

Will there be an All Star game?
haven't decided yet. not really sure who would make the team

Great one. Was going for the DL.
Really love your videos and brutally honest player careers. Thank you
This tournament is the greatest thing I've ever seen
When are you gonna start the best division series???
BMeistah he already has one search it up
Doctor Suprmeme he means for madden 18
You should have 4 teams of 12 overalls in 1 divison and see who wins the division
stolebyacow s @ The AFC South
For a low-scoring game, this was very exciting somehow. That field goal being made just barely was perhaps the best part of this hilarious but awesome game.
BigOleDrewski is the real legend here
Can you use color rush uniforms?
Bro ur a legend in remember u at 1k
War Eagle! As an Auburn fan and corner I’m loving this corner team
Funny thing Nick Marshall was a quarterback in college and he actually got a touchdown as a quarterback and a cornerback in the CFL yesterday.
Lemme ask ya, how long do these videos usually take you?
+Nononon Jacuzziray Productions 2 and a half hours to record 4-8 hrs to edit
Not The Expert
that must suck
Not The Expert dang does it like take out your internet?
If this came out more often, I'd be more interested.
Video idea: pick players from one school at each position, i.e. qbs Cal - Rodegers, Goff, Webb. Rbs Oklahoma- Peterson, Murray, perine, wrs- Clemson Watkins, Hopkins, bryant
Man I miss these
Do you think you could post some team stat lines from these tourneys? Doesn't matter much, but I'm in the middle of the video, and the D-Line qb is 2-14
Next year add a team of backups like 3 string qb 6th string wideout
You mean taysom hill playing the entire field
Damn my two favorite teams and my two favorite positions going against each other what could be better
Lol Suh was the kicker. It’s funny because he’s always getting in trouble for kicking his opponents
Must’ve been low key rooting for the Seahawks cuz of Nick Marshall
You should do consolation games, get the long snappers some redemption
Hey drew . I 've an idea what if u did s game with all rookies against players that have nine years plus experience
Can u put these rosters available for download? I would love to use them
You gotta do a battle of draft classes, from like 2010-2017
Are the rosters available to download?
All star game before fianl!! Come on!! Thats perfect
Can you try a serise were you and a friend of yours play a connected franchise against each other in madden

He made it!
How do you watch the game like this
Go Defensive Linemen💯💯💯💯
Hey NTE just wanna tell you this for the kicker roster, Crosby has a higher rating than Elliot at RB. Elliot has a 12 overall and I think Crosby is a 24
can u finish the best position tournament
how can i download the rosters?
Where is the superhero series?
Here’s a simulation. Who would score more touchdowns a 99 ovr team vs 99 ovr team or 0 over team vs 0 ovr team
Pro bowl!!
Yea
Feels weird seeing hit on the throw after playing Madden 20. Like EA thought hit on the throw wasnt possible
Cro got a play in?!
You have cbs in stead on qbs
How can a team win, if defense wins games?
Is this your job or do you have another job too?
+Dylan Boley I’m a full time college student and another job besides RUclips
you should do "the best division in the NFL" again
If this was real life the DL would’ve won, Some DE are basically just huge CB or Could be TEs
Do a team of rookies vs a team of free agents
All star!!
Is it just me or is “hey ya”playing in the background
One side should have been the defense the other side the offense. With the kick rs filling out the empty spots. So the superb owl was an offense team. VS a d team. Since we know the kickers wouldn't win
What if the kickers make it
Gonna call that WRs win the whole thing
Just run it DL!
It's like watching highschool football
Why is AP on a team of Cornerbacks
Evan Darrow Patrick Peterson
Shows how ridiculous Madden is... that a defensive back is capable of holding a block against a defensive lineman for even one second. In reality, those guys would get pancaked on every play.
War Damn Eagle!

OMG this took me so God damn long. Like 14 hours😂😂😂😂😁😁😁
So we can all agree nick Marshall is the best out of position quarterback in the this tournament
The DL might have won if they threw to JJ Watt more. He is by far the best DL catcher.
Should have put quinten Dunbar of the redskins as a WR because he’s a converted receiver
Must be cuz I'm a Texans fan
Go to the Bears in brutally!
Did you know Kam chancellor used to be a quarterback
My God, Suh can kick....a ball (:
Team of all offense vs all defense
Poe should have been the QB he is actually a decent quarterback IRL
Noooo I loved the DL.😭😭😭 Rip DL.
Dang DL
If you read the description your al legend
imagine if you could do coaches v coaches... to scuffed to even think about it
Cornerbacks vs wide receivers
All star game it's what everyone wants
Plz
Pro bowl please
We miss the Douche already
Drew we all know you made nick Marshall better because he went to Auburn
Anybody else think that when pat Pete was running it was AP
Come on DL
DL all day
It's qb not cb
Poe should be qb
Before watching this game... I am predicting most points by pick 6s
Edit: and a lot of sacks
I'd rather watch a flag fb version of this instead of the pro bowl.
Master vs apprentice
U never showed the roster haha
+804Taco I only show rosters in the first round
CB are they best because they are the seahawks
CBs going to the finals
Game was BS DL till the day I die
