Odd that it is only 2 player. Looks like it would be easily scalable with more cards. Reminds me a bit of Rainforest City (which is multiplayer).

This game looks pretty fun actually, although I’m also shocked at how big this box is for 18 cards.
Hey Cam! There is a pencil, scorepad, and manual as well. The main reason the box is this size is because its part of a Tiny Game Series line where all the boxes are the same exact size.
