I like Diona, very useful support and for being a child char she isn't too annoying with that stfu-I-want-to-slap-you vibe kids chars often have in games. I can't imagine going into the hassle of farming a good Noblesse set (that dungeon is a pita) for her, of all chars wtf, Maiden all the way. If you make a Benett video next, please include your take on C6 or not C6, I did activate it before checking what it did so now it seems like I must either gear him so that he can main dps but I don't have 5* swords or pair him with a full pyro which would also mean switching my Xiangling from phys to pyro which ALSO means farming 2 Witch of Flame set, so f*** that I'd rather gear my C6 Noëlle first.

@Default same ! i was annoyed at first when i kept on getting her on xiao's banner (i wanted beidou contellations but instead i got c4 diona-) but she grew on me, now she's one of my best supports and healer :")

I only main her for three reasons
1. Shes cute
2. She can kill birds even if they fly away
3. I don't have Ganyu.

Diona has the Fastest Charge time reset in the game (Especially if inside her Alcohol Pool)...
*Also*, I just discovered that She is probably the *ONLY BOW CHARACTER* who could *DASH CANCEL* her *CHARGE ATTACK* making her *THE BOW USING CHARACTER WITH THE FASTEST CHARGE ATTACK ANIMATION RESET*
(You can do this by:
Pressing R until the charge time ends.
Then Fire the shot, And immediately pressing shift > R in quick succession... This cancels her animation of aiming and skips to the animation where she charges the shot instead of starting by drawing her bow.)
(Also, if Diona is shielded by her E, she gets stamina consumption reduction, which is perfect for this maneuver)

for some reason she instantly goes into charging position after pressing r after dashing without much delay
Energycost in genshin be like:
Summoning a giant meteor or a giant phoenix: 40 energy
throw a cocktailshaker: 80 energy
Press the like button: 80 energy

I feel like Diona is a whole lot more fun when she’s played as a physical DPS. Yeah, her cryo application is nice, but it’s a lot more smooth when animation canceling and AA spamming

I use a favonius bow with like 36% crit rate bc I’ve been lazy farming for her and a cryo set, but she’s such a good support she doesn’t really need much work. Like Barbara and Noelle. Oh and EACH icy paw can proc the Favonius bow affect. So she’s pretty much a battery for any team I have her on.

Sacrificial bow r5 for the win! And cryo hp set....not because I wanted dps Diona but because I was farming that area at the time and its the best option....even now.
note on the sacrificial bow part: even at refinement 1 (which is what i have), you are almost always going to proc sacrificial's ability, since that chance is for every individual instance of damage done by the skill- if you use the hold version of the skill, its 40% chance x 5. sacrificial bow is the best on diona even with just R1.

Dionas passive is actually better than barbaras, since dionas specialty dish is a revive dish, so she cna make special ones, and extra at the same time. I've gotten like 65-70 total out of 45 fish, because she can make extra, and special ones, then make extra of the special ones, and make extra out of the extras it seems. It gets crazy.

Story:
I was playing co-op with my friend and we were just clowning around in Inazuma. Then she brought out her Diona, so I brought out my Diona and then I decided that I was going to raise her and main her until the end of Yoimiya’s banner and I have to raise a new character. It was on that day, two days ago, that I became an epic Diona main. Sure there’s Eula and Ayaka, plus I should probably get better artifacts for Venti since I haven’t changed his artifacts since I first built him a few months ago (I barely knew how artifacts work) and maybe I should be working on getting actual artifacts for my abyss team but no, Diona takes priority.
So now I’m an epic Diona main
