What kind of bread?.. I know nothing about cooking in general so if that's a stupid question, I am sorry. But I'm trying to get serious about learning to make my own food, that's why I'm here now. And I appreciate any help I get.
If you want it soft like this video you can grab a French bread. I sometimes like it not so soft (more crusty) so I get a ciabatta bread.

The recipe doesn't say how high the temperature of the oven is, and how long it takes to bake (both times). Little more information would help a lot.
What is the temperature of the oven and how many minutes with the cheese?
