Representative Charles Kimbell, Ranking Member, House Committee on Ways and Means, discusses the possible ways to accomplish property tax relief for Vermonters that are currently under discussion at the State House. Recognizing the need for tax relief, he wants Vermonters to have insight into the complexity of the issue and to know that he and others in the Legislature are working to solve this issue.
