If twin tubes have such disadvantages, then why are the KONI FSD (now called Special Adaptive) better for horrible Indian roads, over the Bilsteins? And how come the Koni and the Bilstein cost the same? The frequency selective technology in the Koni provides for both a firm ride over broken surfaces and a pliant ride over smoother surfaces….a very good trade off between firmness and a compliant ride with good handling. One has to see a spine specialist after driving on Mumbai’s roads - in a Bilstein.
simple easy to understand video thanks!
You're welcome!

Twin tubes have disadvantages for performance, you are talking about comfort on the street which is exactly what twin tubes are good for.
I wonder why so many people are into Koni Yellows adjustables… aren’t those twin tubes?
Honestly bro, me too. I don't get why people love Konis.
What would the Ohlins dual flow valve Road and Track suspensions be considered?
Those are monotubes.
